The nose ranges from fresh fruity notes reminiscent of citrus and green apple to more intense notes of exotic fruit; floral notes like chamomile also accompany the nose. The balsamic nuances are also beautiful. The alcohol acid balance on the palate is marvelous, accompanied by a slight savouriness on the finish.
